Good Info, I want to ask about the different result when we bend a lot of plates with the same material and same thickness, but the thickness between materials sometime has 0.1 different. e.g 2mm Mild Steel, that could be 1.8 or 1.9 in real measuring. Q : Can ACB makes it right to be 90degrees at all with just single program? Thank You ,

Hi dhika, That is exactly what ACB is made for. Whether you have varying thicknesses or material properties, ACB will get you to your desired angle within 0.3 degrees by measuring the springback on each part.

it does not work in aluminum! Why?

You need to have proper material selected when running the program. We use 2 different materials where i work and if i dont chose the right one when programing it doesent bend it properly. ( my guess is because every material has different springback it confuses the acb system if you select the wrong one, dont use aluminum tho but thats my guess) But for that you need to have the material listed in the technology menu, I use the ACB daily at work and it saves a lot of time and effort. Works like a charm from 3mm and up, can be bit inaccurate when bending 1.5mm but only with bigger pieces that flex a lot (need to hold them more steady when bending)
