This is so hard to watch of course. The dark room is were is mind was caged (depressing mode) releaving the darkest moment of his life. The shoulder moment, self harming suicide attempt etc but the scene where he's trying to get out and he couldn't. Remind me of the only time he couldn't perform and was stuck on the bathroom floor crying and couldn't make himself live the bathroom.....

The raw representation of his pain and sufferings in a more artistic way. Tbh I cried after watching the mv, I just could not stop myself. I can't even imagine how much pain Yoongi went through in his life to reach his now peace, where he is himself, accepting of his past and being hopeful for his future, where he knows even after all those traumas he again reincarnated himself as a blooming lotus, a rising Phoenix which is unstoppable now. My respect for him just skyrocketed. I just love him and wish nothing but the best for this man. He is silent but he always takes care of others without complaining and people often misunderstood him for his cold behavior but he is one of the most kindhearted, genuine and true to his own self kinda man who knows what he is doing and what he wants. Hope he gets all the happiness in life. This man out of everyone deserves it. 💜

the mv is a true story from his trainie days. he was a delivery boy to pay for his tuition and got into a crash (thats how he got his shoulder injury). at first he didnt tell bighit but ended up telling them and they paid for his tuition.

I'm just super proud of yoongi to actually get past through such struggles in his past along side the struggles and hate that bts faced together as well. Yoongi is super brave to actually put this out there remembering those dark memories of his life. The shoulder accident during doing a pizza delivery, the lyric when he said " My accident I couldn't even tell someone" breaks my heart. his struggles with anxiety, depression, hate, physical and mental health. This music video is so dark but so real. we can see the true story of what suga has suffered through.

The fact that Yoongi chose to share such personal moments with us that was so hard for him to get through must have been so hard but he still did it anyway it says alot about the person he is, he has so much of courage. Dear sir The story depicted in this MV is not just a story...it IS THE ACTUAL LIFE STORY OF MIN YOONGI AKA SUGA ..the way he has struggle and indeed BTS has struggle...it takes a Lot of Courage to tell this to us ...to trust us to understand...Yoongi told some of this in his song Last also ... He said when he was just signed as trainee he worked as a delivery guy and paid for his college fees ...but this accident happened and he developed shoulder injury ...he didn't told anyone since he thought the agency would throw him out ... eventually they paid for this and also his college fees...the struggle this man has went through is Immense....I just want to convey him that U ARE NOT ALONE ...NOW U HAVE A FAMILY OF 6 BROS AND MILLIONS OF FANS .... I really love how beautiful and artistic this MV is, but what I love the most is how meaningful it is! Amygdala is such a beautiful song with a huge emotional weight... Yoongi had to explore and open wounds of all these traumas and painful moments in order to liberate himself from it and rebirth in life as he mentioned in the song D_DAY too. We know this process was not easy it all, it was actually really painful like he mentioned in his documentary. I'M CRYING 😭 It's already one of my favorites ever. Thank you Yoongi for sharing this album with us, an album full of really personal stories and songs that can give strength and help other people too. I'm so proud of being an army, I'm proud of supporting him. He's an incredible artist and a really admirable person. 😭💜 WE LOVE YOU YOONGI. My personal pet theory at present is that this represents different "versions" of Yoongi from different periods of his life, different choices he made or COULD have made. So scarred Agust D is the angry, depressed version of him who is stuck in past hurt and can't climb out of the darkness. Sweet, clear-faced Suga(?) on his delivery route, he gets hurt but he is active, goes out of his way to try to help others (becoming a team player and caring hyung with BTS), he tries to release/heal Agust D but doesn't have the ability, strength or tools to do so. Young, cynical Yoongi watches it all while scarfing down some popcorn. And currentday Artist!Yoongi in the leather coat is able to inhabit any space and express himself. Scarred!Agust is locked up - not healed, not gone, but compartmentalized for Yoongi to survive. From what I've heard, he said about Haegeum that he's older, calmer, more ready to let go and forgive, and that Agust D was "retiring" - in a very fatal and final way, judging from Haegeum... I kind of wish Artist!Yoongi could have opened the door and just... let him go, but perhaps the point is that it IS the past, there is no room for that traumatized youngster in him anymore? And the references to the amygdala, which helps process emotions, and can be part of what causes clinical/chemical depression...
