I agree. I hold myself accountable. It’s hard af!! I have 3 kids by my ex husband and I have to bite my tongue often. I have to learn to control my emotions more. It’s not the kids fault we didn’t work out. Trying to figure out how to co-parent our kids didn’t ask to be here and I just want them to thrive!! I don’t want to argue and fight I’m tired, 😢

My ex used to ask how she was and is still disrespectful towards me. U don't have to say words. Body language and actions say otherwise. My ex has a fkd up family as well as herself and unfortunately our children are expendable. If I fight I'm causing problems. I step back and it's oh well you're not doing this or that. The children will take on the energy of the parent they're with.
