Regarding Austin’s situation, whoever sold them their house finessed them crazy. The most expensive house in that area went for no more than 4mil** so the fact that they bought a house for 10mill is beyond crazy. And the house ended up being sold for a steal. ** Turns out the most expensive house was actually 2mill so yeah they overpaid by at least 8mil

I think the price tag is probably more due to the family wanting it to their taste since it was “custom built” they probably asked for premium materials or were at least very careless with choosing what to add on to the home. After all due to the situation (custom built home) + (hard money loan with expected to be amortized within 12ish months) they were probably planning on staying in this home for a long minute.

Hey guys, you might want to do a correction on your Ace Family information. THEY aren't selling their house. Because they paid nothing on their LOAN for 10 months, it went to auction. That is when your house is foreclosed on. At the foreclosure auction, no one wanted the house, so it went back to the bank (the lender who loaned the money to the Ace Family). The bank is now trying to sell it. The Ace Family is no longer the owner and is not in the loop. They will need to move. Keep up the good work
