The swap direction ability feels like a last minute addition, would’ve been so much better if it did a figure 8 pattern and then continued the opposite way, it would’ve been more realistic (not that the game is real) but visually much more pleasing than suddenly reversing directions as if planes do that

These probably we work was amazing. The ability to swap directions is a useful tool. When do the enemies are getting way Off the range. Change the direction of the ace Pilot was going. And there no more enemy leaks. Well, at least it will attack more constantly least. But there also noticed the trailer for the reworked Ace pilot. Where at 0 minutes, 26 seconds. Into that video. There it shows a helicopter. Which means that the pursuit would be rework next I can't wait to see how the developers would handle the pursuit.

Hey Corso! You might not see this, but it would be undoubtedly amazing if you did! I just have a suggestion for your videos, most especially for videos where you review towers such as this video. I recommend adding some kind of color or an underline to the text you're reading. I think it'll make it easier for people who aren't that experienced with TDS and for the general audience to understand what you're saying. Especially useful for these kinds of towers that have a lot of stats and quirks compared to towers like scout and paintballer. Thanks!

ace pilot figure 8 is legendary in U turn map. and when you pair it with DJ and Ranger for the rang boost, its even more overpowered because its shots are much more consistent and its shooting the first enemy most of the time

Major W from tds here, took a concept from btd6 and made it a tad different. I really like how this synergies with ranger now. Ranger can’t see camo and gives range to nearby towers. Plane gives camo to nearby towers and gets a nice boos from range!

Fun fact: the max level plane is a a-10 a retired military aircraft used to take out ground troops and heavily armour vehicles but it was retired because it was easily detectible on the radar and being massive and the minigun on the front is made by the same company that makes washing machines spin “no one makes things clean and the other one makes things dissapear.”

Amazing tower now, probably high S tier or S+, it is amazing I used it in hardcore and put it at the 8 loop and whenever a tower lightly touched the corner the ace would never stop hitting it. It is amazing, fun to use, really great value, really good early-mid-late, and all round amazing.

With the range the ace pilot has at max level, if you place it right next to a path it and with the right orientation, it can always cover some part of the path, letting it unleash its full dps uninterrupted on a horde enemies

keep in mind that ace used to have 200 dps, honestly a good rework, and perm hd is very good for towers without hd (cryo, ranger etc.) It can attack more consistently, probably giving it more dps than the old ace pilot, starters definitely needs this!

I love that the reworked ace pilot's flight path to make it more reliable. Plus the permanent hidden detection is really good for people like me who use ranger a lot. However I the think that the damage and value increases were too much, and now ace is too op. It can handle pwII early game on its own, which no intermediate tower should be able to do. I think tds should keep the flight path and hidden vision reworks but nerf the dps and value
