Was better that the other episodes but if you want a "great" video watch a very small independent film called "There are more of us" it's about a group of super friends who try to say a show is for everyone but only if you agree with them . Yes there are plot holes like how 14% is a bigger number than 86% and why are these people trying to gatekeep and ignore genuine complaints. It is hard to find due to the fact that 2 out of the 11 are actually really bad people who have/had doing some questionable things are the people who made it are trying to pretend it didn't happen.

I still can’t believe they brought the Cortosis armor from the books and comics into live action. It’s a material that nullifies blaster shots and temporarily disables lightsabers. In canon it was seen in the novel Thrawn: Alliances and in the Doctor Aphra comics. It’s incredibly rare and even harder to refine into armor, and while it’s relatively weak against strong impacts, it can nullify blaster bolts and deactivate lightsabers temporarily upon impact.

Weird since Sol was there with Jackie for the 2v1 fight against Darth EM. When Jackie vs EM, Sol was just gone. -Darth Ezra Miller slaughtered the other Jedi? Also, why didn't Darth EM just use his force push against the horde of giant moths attacking him? Weird, since he used it earlier against a group of Jedi. What about Kelnacca? Nobody is going to check-in to see how is he doing? I hope this get resolved in the next ep.

I am so glad that there are fans of this show. I can't say that I'm one of them so far. I keep trying to like it but, for whatever reason, I can't find any emotional anchor to any of the characters and much of it feels flat to me. But that's how any media franchise goes. Some things resonate and some things don't. The important thing, I think, is that there are fans that will love this and find their initial "romance" for Star Wars here. And there are things I legitimately like in this show. I like exploring Force traditions outside of the Jedi and the Sith. They existed heavily in the EU (Legends) canon. Both the Light, and the Dark, had many different interpretations and followers. Even within the Jedi Order there were conflicting opinions on the nature of the Force and teachings that fell out of favor or were outright barred. Very cool to show, if only briefly, one of those traditions. Very cool to introduce Cortosis in a functional way to the universe. That's an old Legends bit and, when used sparingly, makes for a neat inclusion. I don't see any "lore" breaks so far. And I'm an "old head" when it comes to Star Wars. I've nerded very hard on it through the EU novels and releases. I've seen them adjust racial traits such as lifespan and biology back and forth as it suits the story. None of these things bother me. And I think there's enough of a distinction in Force-wielding Witches manipulating the Force through some means to create twins and the Force itself (implied) manifesting Anakin into being that there's no real conflict. This, of course, requires you to just assume that the Jedi Prophecy wasn't only real and factual but also interpreted correctly by the Jedi. I don't think we can just assume any of that to begin with. This show isn't connecting much with me. But I hope it connects with others and love to watch people enjoy it. We've still got three episodes. And, who knows, they might hook me at the end. I'm just glad they're exploring more of the universe and presenting different stories to wider audiences. (Sorry for the giant comment.)

Sol doesn't need to speak Bazil's language. He can see into Bazil's mind. However, I don't think Bazil knows this. So my guess is that Sol pretty much instantly knew it was Mae, but he's trying to turn/save her by playing along and getting her to the ship. As long as he can get her away from Qimir, he can safely deal with Mae (he fought her before, so he knows she's not a serious threat by herself). To gain Mae's trust, Sol will tell her the story he was intending to tell both Osha and Mae together. So, we'll see part of a flashback. But Bazil will interrupt at an unfortunate time, before we get the whole story. Assuming Bazil doesn't know Sol can read minds well, he'll try something like screaming out a warning or something. I dunno, just guessing here.
@MsJoniGibson6 ай бұрын
I'm leaning toward this as well. It's a solid theory.
@IsaacKuo6 ай бұрын
@@MsJoniGibson I just realized a wrinkle, though ... Okay, Sol isn't going back to the ship to get to safety. He's going back to the ship to call for backup. Remember his conversation with Venestra during the mission briefing. The mission isn't about saving Kelnacca or capturing Mae - it's about getting a lead on Mae's master. WHO IS ON KHOFAR. But Sol is the only Jedi left, so he needs backup. Now, it's going to take some amount of time for Venestra and co to arrive. So, in the meantime, he might start telling a story to Mae. But maybe he needs to keep his attention on spotting any spacecraft leaving Khofar or something.

I'm totally NOT ok with Jecki and Yord being killed off 😢😢 I adored Jecki's character, she was SOOO COOL!!! And I respected Yord. He was quite "stiff" with rules and such, but he respected his masters orders and he did not hesitate a second to "save" Osha when she was accused of Master Torbins death.

Some of the absolute best fighting in all of Star Wars. Still loving this series. I'm so wrapped upnon HotD right now that I keep forgetting this is on too. Lol I'm a spoiled nerd this month.

Plot amour she said... Oh my sweet summer child... Also quimir mos definetely is a sith that whole speech was part of his sthik/his mind games, the question is is he a bane line sith - i think not, so he might run afoul of the current bane duo. I also hope they dont drag out the mae deception bc there are so many ways how sol could tell its mae. Also intriuiged if we migt se a switch like osha turning to the dark side after quimir tell her a strongly manipulated tur of events and mae after sol explanation actually understanding that it wasnt as black and white as she thougth

I dont think either master was confused by which sister is with them. Sol accepted that Osha was gone. Qimir had tried to kill Mae the whole episode. He didnt try to kill Osha.

This episode was amazing. And I hope you don’t give up Star Wars for what happened to Jecki.
