Hi Maddie, i've just started watching your videos, they're all amazing! I'm not sure if you still have trouble closing your door at night, I used to and found out because the van was so airtight that made it tricky! If I open a window first its much easier! My van is smaller so may be more of a problem. Keep up the fantastic work!

I follow and admire you beautiful van life girls. The beauty of your soul and your heart, along with your admiration of flowers and nature, touches me in ways you'll never understand. Music has always helped me thru times in life when I was feeling some kinda way....This very old song reminded me of you and your love for flowers. When you have a peaceful quiet moment, listen to "Poco Magnolia". This song touches my heart in the same way you touch my soul with your spirit. My way of giving back...

Love that quote at the beginning. I definitely need that recipe for the burritos. Those looked soooo good. One needs to be barefoot to connect with Gaia. She provides an energy from the ground that channels through our feet when we are barefoot. One will feel super connected to the planet being barefoot. Its the best way to live.

Hi Maddie, Just watched your last video and this one in quick succession... Just some advice regards the van to put your mind at rest but also to prevent any further issues for you.. Tbh your gearbox may well need a service/fluid change that will make a big difference! Also invest in some off road or winter tyres for more grip that will help alot. 90k isn't a massive amount, but it's probably time for a gearbox fluid change. If it's not been fully serviced for a while, maybe do that now at the same time, oil change and all the filters (oil, air, fuel pollen) check the brakes to see if they need servicing and change the brake fluid if it's not been done before/recently. Make sure you use OEM parts & correct weight and fully synthetic oil (best quality you can get, long long life oil and Bosch or Mann filters) don't use cheap or generic stuff, as thats a false economy and they rarely work properly plus it's your home and full time vehicle (so this could cause more problems, so don't leave it to a garage to put their own stuff in it r they'll use cheap stuff!) buy the correct stuff yourself and give it to them to use if you get a garage to do it! Same goes for the gearbox fluid get the correct stuff, the 'manual' will be online with the correct specs of service stuff and fluids (specific for your van).. If it's a diesel thats even less for the mileage in terms of wear and year but even petrol it's not that much of much of your driving is motorways etc aswell.. just keep on top of the servicing and you should be fine. Hope this helps. Love your videos and energy! Cheers from London England 👍❤️😎🏴

Your videos are like a balm for my soul Maddie. It makes me remember my van days when I was your age. It’s time to remember them and those special souls that I spent the time with and shared. I must remember the name of that tree I hugged. You are so unique and special. Thank you.

I remember what type of tree. In Hawaii they were called the Royal Poinciana tree. The fisherman said that if the tree was blooming that is was a sign the Marlin fish were running. Thanks Maddie it a special memory. It’s the most beautiful tree.

You are the tops! Creative, bright, smart, educated, funny, adult, and childlike. I love your willingness to learn new things, your passion for wildflowers, your talent for sketching and painting flowers, your openness & honesty & empathy which allows you to have true friends. The freedom with your friends to let your inner-child loose to have fun & laughtter. You also are a super story-teller, an accomplished videographer and editor.. EDIT TO ADD: i just read a number of comments, and nearly all seem to be praising you - some for similar things, some for quite unique things, all noted how calm & calming you are. i forgot to mention that i love your bloops which is such a great way to end your videos. Laughing at one's self, is a great way to relieve stress and is endearing.

Blessings, my dear, from an old crone.. and know, you are stronger than you think and can do anything you put your mind to. You have already shown that. I was through Ouray on Friday on my way to Silverton where I overnighted. I went to Mesa Verde Saturday and hiked the pictograph trail. That is a challenging hike. Lots of cool sites. After I hit the visitor center in the morning I'm headed to 4 Corners, then down to Gallup, NM then over to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. It'll be about a week before I make it to CA to visit my uncle. I'll wave if we pass on the road. (I'm the white truck camper with blue trim on a silver Dodge Ram).

It may be as easy as a transmission fluid change, but I have been told to say no to a transmission flush because that can put dirt and junk into the transmission. Just ask them to remove the pan and then replace the fluid and filter if there is one.
