11:00 that's actually so fucking funny, Nick is so right. Geometry is just math applied to shapes. And there's a whole class about that. Might as well have a math class called Time that just goes over all the ways we count the passing of time. I guess it's because all the useful ways of applying math broke off and became their own thing, like physics or chemistry. Geometry is like the one branch of applied math that nobody gives a shit about enough to claim it, so math still holds on to it like "nah that's ok, you go ahead and have physics, you go ahead and have chemistry.
