The advantages and disadvantages of MRI and CT Scan

in the cystic lesion part you mention CT for diagnosis but actually showed RX and MRI pictures... As a radiologist I would rely more on MR than on CT for any expansive bone lesion, cystic or not...

Maim I have hpylory positive, doc told me to do ct scain contras for abdominal. I have allergy with fish ,I told him he gave me deltacrotf(5 mg) 30 pills 10 pills 4 hours gap before ctscain. Should I do that . Main I was hospitalised in 2013 and I was done ct scan test to at that time after 2 or 3 days of scain I got allergy reaction and doctor gave me some injection so got normal after that , should I take that ct scan now or not please give me suggestions please, I have always with vomiting maleficent.

The biggest disadvantage for a CT would be the radiation exposure.

I was diganosed with lumbar lordosis radiculopathy. I was advsied to undergo an MRI. However, I have an iron implant in one of my teeth covered by a porcelain crown several years ago. Am I okay to undergo an MRI now? Please advise. Thank you.
