Such a beautiful home, must have been a great team effort behind it. The builder has an amazing eye 😍 I love the concept outside, such a beautiful contrasting colour palette and the ambient lighting lining the doorway and balcony! Just spectacular. Nina is so calm and welcoming with her presentation. I loved the walk-in closet setup in the master bedroom, and the wine display area. The inside of the home looks even more massive, white walls with this wood colour are a wonderful luxurious, classic choice. The staircase with glass railing is a wonderful, luxurious addition. If I could get this house right now I would! Amazing job, kudos to the team, Nina, and the videographer also did a nice job showcasing its beauty

Nicely done. I like how the front exterior fits in with the two homes immediately to its left and right. You can see how this new home is a newer more modern version of the older homes so it look well next to them. The builders did a great job having it fit in. Speaking of "in" the inside (you like my transition there 😀) ...the inside of the home is wow. Some areas a tad too light for my taste, but generally speaking the place was....tastefully done. I will also add that I could not really get a sense of how big the primary walk-in closet is. Maybe I should drive on down to Dunbar and have a look fpr myself. 🤔 And you, Ms. Margiottiello, could be described as 'advaya' too. :) Like always , thanks for posting/sharing. Ciao Bella!
