And this trip was really about celebrating his birthday and having an adventure that we would both remember for the rest of our lives. I am so glad I pushed myself beyond my anxiety and decided to go on this trip. We have a long way to go and a lot left to see and experience. But I know this was the best thing I could have done and I can not wait to share all this next 11-12 days with you guys! Let me know if you are excited! I just got back on Tuesday from Sioux Falls SD My family lives there. Unfortunately my Dad passed away on Oct 2nd and was laid to rest in Lovell Wyoming last Friday. My brother & I drove there and we stopped at Mt Rushmore and a place called Bear Country since I’d never been in all the years our family traveled through there. It’s the view is so beautiful. Have fun and safe travels. I’ll be praying for you and your family.!!!

Four by four breathing technique. Basically breathe in nose for a 4 count hold the breathe for a 4 count. Exhale out your mouth for a 4 count and hold the exhale for a 4 count. Really helps for anxiety. Practice it do it even when you aren't having high anxiety.
