Having been a Holmes fan for over 50 years I can say that these are a wonderful rendering of the stories they truly bring life into the roles and you can tell they enjoy the characters and become them! I assume AC = Agatha Christie? Arthur Conan Doyle's story came out in 1926. Which AC story are you referring to?

I struggle to understand why I am so enthralled by these radio dramas , it must be that in a sea of mediocrity they stand as an example of excellence ,rarely can television or radio match the written word I am convinced that if Conan Doyle himself listened to these he would concede there worth.
