2:57 I think you can't summon the token with aegerine since infantry is mandatory so has to be C1 and with plasma aegerine has no eff

@dancd3544 Ran resolves as 1 effect. So it activates in hand sending infantry. Effect resolves, ran summons itself and a token. Separate chain link infantry activates

Ran Aegerine bringing out the token is part of the same effect as it special summoning itself from the hand, so the full effect resolves before Infantry can trigger. This also means it can't be hit with impermanence/veiler to stop the token coming out

Icejade Ran, Shrine into deepsea king, Impulse the mask change, Board breakers such as Raigeki, Dark ruler, book of moon. Those r the lines I would be looking for when dealing with this match up. Even Shadow Guards into a gaios play to negate the dark law
