All submarines are bought from abroad. If Nigeria does not have the capacity to produce submarines, I prefer that it does not have them. This is like fighter jets, Nigeria keeps buying planes, but it does not have the capacity to produce fighter jets. But I think that will change, since Proforce has reached an agreement with Russia to produce fighter jets.
