The afternoon swim session; Bandit plays games, Annabelle is on fire and YoYo sharing the love

The afternoon pool session was lots of fun. There’s as much toy squeaking as there is excited barking.
Bandit picked his pool toy for the day and was dropping it off the dock in the hope someone might come along and bring it back to him. That is unless it’s Elle the Labrador. You might think aww Bandit but why not Elle?? Well you might not have noticed but Elle doesn’t bring it back. Yep. 😬 Elle gets it, it’s hers. Fair enough right? Sounds really reasonable. Well that’s not how it plays out in Bandit’s mind. 😬😬🤣
It is quite a delight to watch it play out. The two of them are a cute and funny duo.
Annabelle the Golden Retriever brought her A game. I mean when doesn’t she bring it?! Did you know how competitive Annabelle is? Oh how we love it. Gives us a giggle.
And then there’s Uncle Yo sharing the love round. Whether it’s the puppies, little Cutie Pie, us humans, little Wolf … or today it was Zara. Uncle Yo likes us all to know how happy he is. We see it buddy, and we’re just as happy for you ❤️

Watching Freddo in the water he's turning into a fish and his tail never stops wagging. He is such a happy, sweet boy. The Vislas aren't playing Bandit's game and nobody told Elle the rules but Bandit is relentless. His face is a picture. Yoyo is just a lovebug. So wonderful to see Freddo, Conrad and Uncle Yo together. Three months ago who would have thought they would all be this happy.

It just melts my heart with happy tears of joy to see the shelter "brothers" - Conrad, YoYo, and Freddo having the time of their lives. Thank you for saving them and giving them a second chance at just being a dog who wants to love and be loved. I found myself talking to Bandit - GO - when there wasn't a partner to help retrieve with his pool game. Dives off the dock always amazing me - especially in slow motion. Well done!

This activity is where the real joy of dogs is set free. The athleticism is so amazing and they show off for each other? I love that. And the bark turns to a snarl so pure with delight. Head shaking. I could watch the afternoon pool for hours. You rarely see raw doggy emotion like this. And they improve over time. I’m not sure who it is but one kelpie does the best run off and spin ever. And bandit so clever at play. He certainly has respect from the other dogs. He is the master. Sam you have such a good eye for the frolics going on and catching them. Well done.
