I love Iain Duguid! He's written so many wonderful expositions and commentaries. I love the CSB, too, where he is a contributor as well.

This was great! I am very familiar with the name Ian Duiguid as I love my ESV study bible and I love the Reforme Expository Commentary series and the ESV Expositional Commentary set all of which contain his work but I've never seen him or heard him speak. So this puts a face to the name. I'm actually planning on doing a deep dive study through the book of Daniel some time in the near future after I finish Galatians and will be using Ian Duiguid's Daniel Commentary from the REC series which is sitting on my desk awaiting me. I highly recommend the Reformed Expository Commentary series to everyone looking for a good Commentary to help dive deeper into the word. They read very much like sermons and really get to the heart of the passages without getting bogged down in the scholastic details. Not that those are bad and certainly the Commentaries contain much scholarly work and input but there are some commentaries that won't make any sense unless you are a Greek or Hebrew scholar. These are certainly not those kinds of Commentaries. But very good for pastors and also lay people who just want to dive into the word and also very good for devotions as well to supplement your Bible reading. I really enjoyed what I've read from the Revelation Commentary from that set. Very helpful and very Christ centered and applicable yet also helpful in grasping the meaning and intent of the book.
