Nightmare Bonnie and Nightmare Chica just wanted to scare CC/Chris/Evan just like the other Nightmares, but I think after hearing Nightmare Freddy's plan, they might've hesitated, because they probably felt that Nightmare Freddy was going a tad too far, but in the end, since Nightmare Freddy is their leader (Since Goldie and Nightmare aren't with them anymore), they went along with it.
