one of my fave queens ever. i love how awkward her personality came across on the show at first, i don’t have the greatest social skills so i related to her so much, seeing her become more comfortable throughout the season was so satisfying and reminded me of myself. it was really refreshing to see someone like that on a show like drag race where everyone is so loud and extroverted at first

one of the most underrated winners, alongside Monet imo. She can do fashion AND make-up like few others, she can do comedy and acting (she won snatch game, she did well in acting challenges), she can perform (she’s a great dancer, she slayed the Rusical and she can turn a lipsync) and she was only 21 when she got on DR and already displayed such a wide array of talents. She’s highly intelligent and ambitious and she has a hard-working attitude. She’s also quite politically involved. I am sure that by now she became even more mature and well-rounded compared to s10. I hate that some fans overlook her, simultaneously over hyping other contestants who aren’t even as well rounded as Aquaria just because they have strong personalities… also the fact that some fans use the fact that she is young, blond and white as something to undermine her talent is really crazy to me. Just because you are white and blond it doesn’t mean that everything that you have is the result of unfair privilege, Aquaria worked hard to get where she is and she has talent in spades

I have a cool story about Aquaria. So, back in 2023 the Werq The World Tour had Aquaria as the presenter of the whole thing. Mexico City was the last show and I went very very excited 'cause they managed to have it on the biggest theater, where only very recognized artists get to perform. Everyone was very excited to see Vanessa Vanjie, but you could notice she wasn't as excited as the public. And to my surprise, the ones that were very into interacting with the audience and truly happy to be there, were Lady Camden and Aquaria, even if we didn't get the english jokes a lot of the times, they found a way to make us laugh and be entertained by them. She's very likable, you can see and feel she likes and enjoys her job. Her winning was so very well deserved.

Aquaria is one of the most deserving winners I know a lot of people don’t think it was deserved because people think she’s a privilege white girl (though she took a step back and changed guys) and they thought Asia had the best storyline (which she didn’t it was like Bianca’s but it was more of a storyline of why she wasn’t going to win) But Aquaria was just sooooo good she went from that privileged white girl to this adorable dork. Finally people thought she shouldn’t have been saved in the lip sync between her and Erueka… Guys did you actually wanted Erueka to win the girl who was actually being problematic (also if she can get saved with her lip sync against Kameron when she hid her face half the time then Aquaria can get saved). Aquaria was flawless with her story and her runways and her track record.
