For text generation + vision (reading images), yes it does it better, but it doesn't have some of the features OpenAI has. If you look at ChatGPT for example, they have different models for text (GPT4), images (Dall-E), audio (Whisper), and then in ChatGPT you can use plugins, custom GPTs, generate images, etc. Anthropic isn't as far yet, but their Claude 3 model is better than GPT4 which focuses on text mainly. For coding tasks also btw, I noticed Claude 3 gives better results.

Why I see that all AIs are fast? How are they slow?

Well it's relative to your use case haha For simple chats, its fast enough. But when you want it to do something complex or something that needs a long response, you need to wait for the AI to create the whole response which can take up to a minute in some cases. When it comes to AI agents, the issue is that they perform a lot of cycles in order to accomplish the task, so that can take several minutes, and when you are building an app, make users wait for a while is not good
