Hi Matt I have a original X sight and have mounted it to my Daystate MK4 You can get dovetail to picitiny rail with a much lower profile than the one your using on your compato , as long as it would clear the mag still Great show as always

Hi Mat, you mentioned the high sightline of the X-sight, a new problem which, apart from Gunpower Stealth owners, is probably hitting a lot of bullpup owners with all the new pups on the market. The Compatto is a semi-bullpup so shouldn't suffer so much, it's scope rail is bolted onto a scope rail on the action is it not? So could this be removed to allow a Weaver/Picatinny adapter to be mounted directly? The magazine could be a problem getting the correct eye relief though.

Hi. I have a question about the ATN X-Sight II that no one seems to be able to really answer. I am hoping that I have more luck this time. Let me also start by saying that I am totally new to PCP rifles, scopes and the whole nine yards. : ) Having said this, here is what I would like to know... I ZEROED my scope (CenterPoint, no mil-dots) at 25 meters. I am using ChairGun (in combination with a Chrono) to determine Hold-over and Hold-under for various distances. Since my scope does not have any mil-dots, I have to use the point of impact in cm (or inches) to determine where to aim. Not as easy as using mil-dots. This brings me to my initial question... How do you find your HO or HU with the ATN X-Sight II? I understand that it has a rangefinder build in, but I never see people commenting on how good it work with an airgun. Speaking of rangefinder. It also seems to me that having to use the build in rangefinder is a PITA. Doesn't it take way to long to get the correct range? Isn't it faster and more convenient to use an external laser rangefinder, and then use mil-dots on the reticle to aim? This brings me to another question... I saw the different reticles this scope has to offer, but I cannot find out what reticles are exactly used? Is the one that looks somewhat like a mil-dot reticle in fact one? Thanks.

Trondyne: As he said the rat was approx 10 yds away & he was having to use a crazy amount of hold-over. So he judged it wrong. At least he owned up to the mistake by not removing that shot in the edit process. I don't suppose the farmer would give one single f**k as long as the rat population is being cut back.

Hi, I have a Compatto FAC, and I use it with the nitesite viper NV unit, there are no problems with vibration and I have found it to be a great combination, hope this helps.

I have had issues with mounts being too tall when using the ATN X-site on an air gun rail too. After a few tries, I found a picatinny to dovetail mount that does not increase the elevation above bore. You are good marks man. Air guns are popularly come from two brands, one is from Gernany and other is from Spain. But you are bringing air guns which are rarely found in other countries. I mean air guns simple and accurate, cost wise lowest. Any how I enjoyed your videos. Rats and rabits are found every where. In Iowa, USA, I had seen lot of bunies in open fields, but there is no liking to kill this small animal. For controling rat population they definitely use pesticides. They kill sparrows , turkeys which are 'healthy' for human consumption. I am not sure made in USA air guns are used for this purpose. In Quebec they advice that don't feed sparrows but probably killing is prohibited. I have used a lot of precaution but there may be some mistakes.
