I am a Brit living in North America for the last 13 years. Watch all your videos they're great. Had a bit of a giggle at this one as I heard the word Faff, which I haven't heard in 13 years.

As always Matt, an excellent show. I have learned a lot from your videos and your book. My shooting partner and I have recently had our first opportunity to shoot squirrels at a golf course over the winter when it has been closed for play. We can,t put any feeders or a hide up but have had to adopt a more relaxed wandering approach. It seems to be working though as the squirrels are obviously acclimatised to humans. In 5 afternoon sessions we've shot 52 squirrels. I hope I'll have a chance to talk with you at the Northern shooting show next weekend.

A very enjoyable show and great shooting Mr. Manning. I've got a Squirrel feeder set up in my back yard (garden) for photographing wildlife, but sadly where I live in the States we are not permitted to hunt Squirrels over a feeder even during their "Permitted Season". I would love to find a way to get Starling birds *introduced pest here* into a feeder like that though and lower their numbers. I really like that little Chronograph, looks great for Air Guns, but not so much for large caliber (calibre) firearms, I would think. Keep up the great series, cheers William C. in the U.S.A.

Smashing episode there Mat! and that Daystate Wolverine looks an awesome bit of kit. I'm not so sure about the AirForceOne Chrono, at £119 its smack in the middle of the Shooting Chronys which can also be used to record ballistic impact down range, have a wider FPE range and can be used albeit carefully with shotguns which is great for reloaders. atb /simon

The AFO Chrony doesn't need a sett of knitting needles or diffusers to work in differing light conditions and is way more portable
@amigaman94336 жыл бұрын
@Mike, quite, the Chrony has a pretty bad rep for light requirements but works well outdoors with the standard or extended defuser in bright sunshine or overcast but not so good indoors and at 8x5x3 inches folded up its quite portable. I noticed the AFO was previously branded Listone L1000, I wonder if it had other names it went under also

@theshootingshow6 жыл бұрын
It makes a huge difference but you have to keep the pressure on - back off and they will move back in. We hardly ever see grey squirrels in some of the woods I shoot now - and they were woods that produced bags of eight or ten squirrels per session in the early days. All the best. Mat
