For the cheap ball ammo yes, also the standard Barret mags they use hold 10 rounds, so a full mag dump is $50 min.....

The barrel flexing was because of an oversight on the mussel break, it was a direct scale up from the regular AK break and it’s designed to compensate for muzzle climb from full auto fire. Those two things are not going to happen with it, muzzle climb and full auto not going to see that on the AK 50 . They fixed it by having the break only send gasses backwards and not up

Brandon said that the AK 50 weighs A little more than the Barrett 50 which its weight is 29.7 lb (13.5 kg) to 32.7 lb (14.8 kg)

You wouldn't notice the barrel wobble at regular speed. If you pay attention to the relative timings of it and the bolt travel, it's already stopped by the time the bolt is picking up the next round. At regular speed the bolt cycling is almost too fast to see.

13:47 Depending on country, but in czech republic, if you can afford to even have a gun like this in this callibre. Last time I checked the price of a standard 12,7mm round BMG (.50 cal) was around 300czk (About 10-12 euros a piece), Precision sniper round was around 1000czk (40 euros a pop), That was years ago, the price has increased since then, but still gives an overall perspective on the price. in US I can imagine to be slightly more available and cheaper, but not by much. To compare to more common use round, 9mm luger standard pistol round is around 9 czk these days (0,4 euro), .308 win (7,62mm NATO) standard round around 1 euro, precision for sniping/ competition can go up to 4 euros (brand and quality depended).

Make one wonder how much weight that Elon robot can carry with two hands. And how heavy of a belt of ammo can be worn on its back. Wish we had some footage of how far can it reach with with accurate fire. And how many rounds can it fire before it needs to cool down. How many rounds before the the barrel needs to be replaced? (Too bad we didn't get to see the bruise this leaves on ones shoulder the next day.)

If you have ever fired an M2 browning machine gun like I have you know how thick a .50 caliber barrel is supposed to be . A thin barrel risks the life of the operator and compromises accuracy . A rifle caliber is pointless if it is not accurate to standard 300 meter military range distance .

If the barrel is so thin a muzzle brake causes the barrel to wiggle like a half cooked hot dog , you need more than Viagra , you need a thicker barrel .
