I would say no because Shin seems to turn out as your average kid, until he ends up on the Lab and gets his esper abilities

Not really, he doesnt have esp that time, he only got it when he escaped and go to the lab. But right now shin surpassing his brain's limit and using his esp into max gear might have put his SPEED into an order level if not close (speed only), he might even have surpass his current strength but we'll see

@@rynv2559 tbh the orphanage kids are not really super strong, like they can scrap but they also get very lucky the JAA is ran poorly, if the order had proper information they would mop them boys up.
