Probably a synchronized cardioversion. We shock people for abnormal rhythms all the time. SVT, a-fib with RVR, a-flutter, etc. If he went into the 220s it was entirely possible. Him bleeding so much and losing fluid probably created an electrolyte disturbance which makes you more susceptible to certain rhythms, and the added stress of seeing a spook with a SpongeBob shirt on from the underbelly of the American govt. probably did make his heart to some funny stuff lol
