The song and the video are way too beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. What makes me sad is how beautiful all the things we see in space and we will never get to visit them. We need to bring our space program back at full throttle.

@ircimager6 жыл бұрын
"now" is always going to be subjective to the one experiencing it
@baneblackguard5846 жыл бұрын
They both are, or rather 'now' is relative to an observer. now to one observer cannot be the same now as another observer unless they both somehow occupy the same position in space-time, which they cannot. So everyone has there own now. the more distant they are from each other in space-time, the more discrepancy there will be between the two nows. Time is not the creature we fancy it to be. it is not a linear vector, like the 3d space dimensions we think about, that we just happen to travel along in only one direction. Rather, it is not 3 dimensions of space, it is 3 dimensions of space-time. you cannot move in one without moving in the other. if you move in space relative to something you must also be moving through time relative to that something. if you move through time relative to something, you must also be moving through space relative to that something. It is unavoidable. There is no space and time, there is space-time. They are one and the same. So saying "Now", is the same as saying "Here". they mean the same thing and if you want to consider "when" something else is relative to you, you must consider "where" it is relative to you. It's "Now" is related to you in the exact same way that its "Here" is, because they are the same thing. So if anyone ever tells you to come here now, tell them that the universe does not permit that.

Alan Parsons Project has been a huge part of my life for 35 years, they have to be one of the all time time greatest and legendary bands, that few people have ever heard off. they are a group of professional studio musicians that produced and played music for music's sake, not for Fame and fortune "allen" and the boys are still touring and playing live to huge Arena crowds, and if you do some research, you will find out that Alan Parsons was behind the production of albums like, "The Beatles" Abbey Road, "Pink Floyd" Dark Side of the Moon, and many many others. Go and check out one of their live concerts, these guys are truly talented musicians, they perform live as good as if not better than the recorded stuff. They all sing different songs and all play multiple instruments, I love watching their big concerts with their full band and a full orchestra. They are definitely way up there on the list of greatest bands of all time, with the likes of, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Fleetwood Mac, Supertramp, Cat Stevens, AC DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, queen, the police, yes, zz top, Foreigner, Dire Straits, 10cc, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Mike Oldfield, Chicago Boston, Kansas, the doors, and my list goes on and on and on, yes it is all old school, real music, no artificial modern pop, or any of that crap they call rap.

Many thanks. It's great to know that people who engage in high-end thinking have great heart and soul. I've met so many among academia that are cold and indifferent. I pray and hope that I don't become like them. I must cling to the hope that I'll be reunited with my Eternal Love (My Barbra Rose) again and Forever. My life here on this planet in the backwaters of the cosmos is a void without her. The meek shall inherit the earth -- we shall possess the stars. May The Creator keep you (always).

A fantastic music/video here. My favorite deep-space objects are the near-colliding galaxies (Andromeda Arp 272) - UGC 1813 and UGC 1810 which interact to form what I call "The Cosmic Rose." I'd like to think that My Heavenly-Resplendent Wife - My Eternal Love (My Barbra Rose) will present that "rose" to me when we are finally reunited forever in Heaven. Just a fanciful thought and a hopeful prayer here. Best to all during the upcoming 2012 Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year season.

Nicely done, some more hubble deep images would have been good, there is an excellent vid thats part of google pro that takes you on a journey way across our "Tiny" galaxy, in three D...its FANTASTIC, right in to orion in living detail...incredible. Like the pull back through space in this, your moving at hundreds of thousands of miles a second...light speed, but it SEEMS to crawl, shows just how BIG it is[the multiverse]. I see planetary images, as good in my telescopes in my backyard:)

Perhaps, my comment was intended to illicit tears of joy? If so, I'm very glad that souls such as yours finds beauty in the eternal splendor of space/time. Space/Time is but the backyard of something far grander. My Barbra was my Earth Angel. Now, My Barbra is above the angels of Heaven (as we all shall be one fine day). I send prayers and Heaven's best wishes to you (and to all) regarding a better 2013. May The Almighty Creator (through The Christ) keep you and yours (forever) -- Mickey

You can never see a star or sun in real now time because of the time lapse that occurs while the light from the star or sun is travelling to your eye, the closest you can get is the time for the light to reach us on Earth which is around 8 minutes so when you look at the sun you are looking at the past, one thing is certain the stars or suns may be twinkling in the night sky but they might not be there at all!!!
