If I didn’t know who it was I would have been thinking Bonjovi, very similar vibe. I can actually remember hearing them a long time ago but never got really into them. Nice for a change though!

Bon Jovi gone country. I'm not a county fan but this was a well wrote song and when he added the grit on his voice it was nice.

Well, if by country you mean Wales (UK), yes. :) They're from the town of Rhyl in north Wales. And the Welsh have a very long singing tradition, so I guess you could say it's drawing on that old world country, sort of?
