The Alaskans had a pretty catchy theme song ("Got the fever, got the fever, gooooold fever!"), written by Mack David and Jerry Livingston, who wrote themes for several other Warner Bros. series during this period, including 77 Sunset Strip, Hawaiian Eye, and Bourbon Street Beat, which ran the same single season as The Alaskans (1959-1960).
