I have read Tanakh, Quran, and Al Ghazali’s commentary on the verse of the light, but still know very little bout Alawite. I read Henry Corbin’s book, the history of Islamic philosophy, and I still don’t know about the Alawite tradition

The problem with all sects is that they just believe certain doctrines blindly but never use their human intellectual. They say such thing that is simply a blasphemy! This brother, with all due respect to his personal belief, claims that the prophet says, "Me and Ali are better creation than any other...". Really! For me it is greatest form of arrogance from a prophet which he will never say, if he says something like that he perhaps suffers what is in 69:44-47. In reality, if you would ask a prophet, he would not reply "I'm a prophet." Because the moment he says that he nullifies the testimony of Allah about him. Let me give a practical example, let say we say a person that he is a great scholar, if he is humble he will feel shy and express he is not worthy for such praise., but if he is arrogant he will be proud to hear such. Prophets are the most humble men on earth. Now let us give examples from scriptures - from remnant of Injeel. People ask Yahyah/John "Are you the prophet?" He dare not say "I am the prophet" though he is a prophet. Here is what he says, [John 1:19-23] And this was John’s testimony when the Jews of Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him, “Who are you?” 20He did not refuse to confess, but openly declared, “I am not the Christ.” “Then who are you?” they inquired. “Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not.” “Are you the Prophet?” He answered, “No.” So they said to him, “Who are you? We need an answer for those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?” John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet: “I am a voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way for the Lord.’ ” , By it he indirectly mean he is a prophet as was Isaiah. [John 4:25-26] The woman said, “I know that Messiah is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.” Jesus answered, “I who speak to you am he.” Jesus dare not to say "I am the Messiah." It is not appropriate for a prophet to call himself prophet. Have you ever find in the entire Quran where prophet Muhammad says, "I am the prophet" or "I am the messenger." [John 5:31] “If I testify about myself, my testimony is not true/valid." Using the phrase like "Prophet says, ...." like that is found in hadiths written by unauthorized scribes, the sects consider it is an honor to the prophet while in really it is most disrespectful for a prophet. By this some become followers of Ali, or Bukhari or Hanafi, and list goes on as the sects grows. The Quran 100% clearly says that none of them are followers of the prophet. But no one pay heed to it, in fact, if it is 1000% clear, they will not use their intellect [7:179]. [6:159] Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you (Muhammad), are not with them in anyway. Their affair is only on to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do. You divided your religion, you become sects, you follow this imam or that imam ( all these points are 100% fact) and abandon the most honorable imam prophet Muhammad. What is the matter with you, are you lost sanity or are there locks on your hearts! Why you don't pay attention to the Quran! Messenger is calling you to him, why are you not responding to his call if you love him! Abandon your idols, turn to Allah only. Try to get less, you will get more; try not to get more you will get less; if Allah wills.

So if you follow the teachings of our beloved Prophet peace and blessings be upon him as you claimed, why are your women not commanded to veil themselves and dress modestly. Why is prayer different to the way the Prophet PBUH prayed (since he said, pray as you see me pray). Why are the sahaba spoken ill of? When Ali radhiallahu 3anhu actually had sons named abu Bakr, Uthman and Umar? Why is the mixing between men and women taken so lightly, where fitna is made easy? If you believe in everything that the Prophet PBUH said, then you believe him when he announced the 10 promised Jannah (3 of them including the Sahaba along with Ali Radhiallahu 3anhum).& also should believe him when he announced his immense love for Aisha RA and her father RA. Why do Alawis believe it’s ok to visit graves of “Imams” or so called scholars and “make duaa” through them? When you have EXCLUSIVE access to asking Allah SWT directly…? Wearing evil eye or the green band as a means of “protection”… when this is clear Shirk as protection only comes from Allah SWT, not from man made objects? Have “knowledge” of religion that is only for men (because there are aspects of it that women don’t have the mental capacity to handle nor allowed to know about!???). Some say it is a secretive religion yet they are secretive anyway with their women. So many questions, so many contradictions, may Allah SWT guide us to the path in which he is pleased with us, the path in which our beloved Prophet PBUH preached and the path that will lead us to Jannah. The killer of Imam Ali was a Khariji so he held the same beliefs as you so called Sunnis he was one of you first he was Shia and then he apostated and became a so called Sunni his name was Ibn Muljam “When Ibn Muljam had committed the attack on the Commander of the Faithful he said to Hasan my son, if i die, then execute Ibn Muljam and raise him a grave in Kunasah. So the door closed upon them. Then Imam Ali said, did I not tell you that my word is difficult and intolerable and none can understand it except for the knowledgeable? Come I will explain it to you. As for my saying that, I am the one who became elevated and did overcome. Then it means that I became elevated (above you) with this sword and overcame you until you believed in Allah and His Prophet. As for my saying that, I am the one who gives life and death. Then it means that I give life to the tradition (Sunnah) and give death of Bid'ah. As for my saying that, I am the first one. Then it means that I am the first one to believe in Allah and to submit to Him. As for my saying that, I am the last one. Then it means that I am the last one in terms of giving shroud to the Prophet and burying Him. As for my saying that, I am the apparent one and the HIDDEN one. Then it means that with me is the apparent and hidden knowledge. The people then said, You have delighted us. May Allah delight you.” [Al-Ikhtisas by Al-Mufid Page 163] there’s your evidence and I’m not even Alawi this is a Shia source

Alawi are most similar to Druze. The Druze believe Al Hakim was Allah, and Alawi believe Ali is Allah. They both believe in reincarnation. You can’t join either of them because their teachings are secret.
