Diasporans, do not buy lands in Accra, even if it is one minute to the Airport. Do you know how much 65000 or 95000 gets you outside Accra?

Good location but if you’re interested please don’t joke with the due diligence 1. Engage the land owners around if they’re not around take their contacts, ask if the area is litigation prone etc
