Not necessarily! Some developing areas are still very well priced. Oyibi, Kwabenya are good deals

Where are these prices coming from?. Developed countries like America don’t even sell lands at those ridiculous prices. I feel like raising these prices are conforming the extortion of these people selling lands in Ghana. Africans are suffering everywhere and those back home are making things very difficult for suffering Ghanaians to come back home. $450000 for a land with no good amenities in Ghana?..Huh?…

450K-550K come on. you can get a whole house and land for that in the states. and you own the land and house forever if you could live forever. how do people afford life there? are people there making that kind of money? in the states those numbers are hard for americans to get, with two people working in the household... hey folk move to the USA, cheaper land, better real estate law too.

Accra hack: Kwabenya is developing at a similar rate as East Legon. Lands there are 200,000 to 600,000 GHS
