I found out that running a warlock with BOTA and the Lumina while a teammate runs DMT is kinda scary. The other team wont expect a TWO TAPPING DMT at the start of the match.

Weapon crafting is nice but limiting. I was kinda hoping all the new witch queen weapons (the ones with the WQ symbol in the top) would be craftable to give more options. I think there’s only 1 craftable scout rifle 1 shotgun and 1 or 2 of each heavy weapon it’s just limiting on what you can do

I hate to admit this, but a part of me was kinda hoping it would let us put any weapon we want into the forge and simply pick whatever perks and masterwork we want Subway style. But only perks that gun can possibly roll with. The other part of me was screaming at me "Are you f**king crazy? There's absolutely no way Bungie would let us do that!" Guess I should've listened.

I get what CB is saying about the momento should be usable on the trials weapons. But I think the momentos are good because if you don't like the trials weapons/get good rolls you could always put it on a different weapon you want to use more or like more and it'll still show you went flawless and it's still a reward

I played trials last night for like 3 hours straight I got one win and maybe a match or two where we won a round and the rest we got 5-0’d so for three hours of these games with boosted reputation I got a whole ONE LEVEL with saint. None of my fire team has gone flawless every team we went against had at least 1 guy that went flawless and we had multiple matches of going against three people that went flawless. I just love trials so much

I mean trials used to be a lot harder than it is now, if you're struggling still then maybe trials just isn't for you. It's not exactly a mode that you can just hop into casually and get rewards relatively easily, unless you're decent at pvp and in a 3 stack then you're likely not going to have that great of a time, best off waiting until freelance comes around.

Just amazes me how super casual/bad pvpers expect to just hop in and be able to easily grind rewards though, like if you're one of those playing the "end game pvp", you're going to have a bad time and it's going to be a struggle.

You know I am actually kinda glad the all gold shader isn't easy to get. I mean it sucks it's behind PvP but that's alright. Now we just need an all black shader that is hard to get. However it sucks that this isn't just a shader. It would be really nice if once you got the memento and shader unlocked you could put the shader on anything. But I get the point of making it more rare. I just hate how ugly the gambit memento shader is. I got it after a couple of games and it's this horrendous green. Which makes me scared the grandmaster memento shader will be orange.
