However, there's a boost mode option that lets the driver temporarily amplify combined power to 750 hp and total torque to 785 lb.-ft. This boost mode enables the Escalade EV to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than five seconds. Noteworthy EV features include one-pedal driving, adjustable regenerative braking, and a heat pump for enhanced efficiency.
Anticipating an EPA-estimated range of 450 miles, the Escalade IQ offers a confident driving experience across states without range concerns. Thanks to its compatibility with 800-volt DC chargers, it can swiftly gain up to 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes. The Escalade IQ possesses bidirectional charging capability and is equipped with vehicle-to-home support, enabling energy flow between the vehicle and the home. While an optional feature, the vehicle-to-load function empowers customers to use the stored battery energy to power external devices.
Enhancing ride quality, the Escalade IQ incorporates Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 and adaptive air suspension. These features work in harmony to smooth out rough roads, ensuring customers enjoy the utmost comfort while driving. The adaptive air suspension offers the flexibility to lower the vehicle by up to 2 inches or raise it by 1 inch, adapting to different road conditions.
Among the advanced chassis systems, the standard four-wheel steering stands out. This system tightens the turning diameter to 39.4 ft. at lower speeds, facilitating maneuverability. At higher speeds, it enhances handling and stability, which is particularly beneficial when towing. Speaking of towing, the all-electric Escalade boasts a towing capacity of up to 8,000 lbs.

Staying true to the Escalade legacy, the 2024 Cadillac Escalade IQ embodies the iconic American luxury characteristics of being large, angular, and striking. While it's smaller than the traditional gas-powered version, the Escalade IQ showcases improved aerodynamics and a bolder visual presence.
The more compact and streamlined design of the Cadillac Escalade IQ reduces wind resistance, leading to improved energy efficiency and an extended driving range. This smaller size also enhances the vehicle's agility on city streets and simplifies parking.
The Escalade IQ's sleeker form is anticipated to resonate with younger customers, offering a contrast to the classic boxy appearance of its gas-powered counterpart, which has remained largely unchanged since its appearance in The Sopranos era.
According to GM's estimations, the Escalade IQ claims the title of its most aerodynamic full-size SUV to date, boasting a roughly 15% decrease in drag coefficient compared to previous generations. This advancement is achieved through features such as active grille shutters that close when not needed, a specially shaped wheel profile, a more fluidic roofline, a smooth underbody, and sharp trailing edges on the taillights. The roofline displays a more fluid curve than the traditional gas model, while the rear lift glass is noticeably inclined to improve aerodynamics.
Notably, a Black Crystal Shield serves as a home for an illuminated brand emblem, while vertical headlamps create an eye-catching "digital rain" lighting effect. The SUV features technologically advanced 24-inch wheels wrapped in LT275/50R24 tires measuring 35 inches in diameter.
The rear is adorned with split vertical tail lamps that display a captivating trickle-down animation. The vehicle's appearance is further enhanced by a lengthy and dynamic hood, a rear roofline with a swifter slope, seamless door handles and side glass, and an expansive glass roof. In terms of size, the Escalade IQ positions itself between the gas-powered Escalade and the Escalade ESV. It boasts dimensions of 224.3 inches in length, 85.3 inches in width, and 76.1 inches in height, with a wheelbase spanning 136.2 inches. The electric SUV provides a ground clearance of 6.9 inches.

nice truck but I can see water issues happening just like with all the other electric vehicles soon it rains 🌧 alot or have coastal floods. and way soon that happens the electric vehicles have been known to catch on fire 🔥 to from research i seen. so good luck with this vehicle and other electric vehicles as well. plus they have yet a way to prevent this from happening. I definitely take that infiniti Qx80 autograph 2025 over this vehicle.
