What is the chain for hanging next to the right handle? Also...make sure to remove the batteries if using the power cord.

Thanks for watching! I’m not sure what you are referring to, however allot of gas fired grills have the chain with a match holder to use to light the burner in case the igniter goes out

Very helpful video Tom. As I commented on your first video on this oven, it would have been nice if they designed it so you can just lift the oven part out of the cabinet with those feet installed. But then again, is this really intended to be portable? It would make it easier to take it on a road trip to the Minny or Southern LOG Command Centers.

I agree, the instructions were horrible and confusing. How did you get the oven to light? I can't get mine to light.l, so I have to do it manually. Customer service is horrible, and I can't get any help. Thank you.

I put batteries in the rotisserie motor and in the starter for the turntable. Is there somewhere else batteries need to go?

That’s all. You should hear the spark clicking and see the spark by the burner when you turn the dial to start. If not then it’s the igniter, could also be a loose wire to the igniter

Thanks for another great video! If I end buying this oven, I hope I remember these directions!? TBH, I’m not sure how I feel about the rotating stone. I can buy a 32”x32” Vevor wood burning pizza oven for the same price! I’m kind of an old school purist when it comes to outdoor cooking. I like my grills ANALOG (or addalog) and I’m starting to feel the same way about pizza ovens. My brother-in-law makes some great brisket on his Recteq pellet grill! I’ll respect him we can do it analogue!!😮🎉
