I bought my 26 about a month ago so no MOS. I got it out to the range yesterday. Shot 175 rounds with zero problems. It is a great gun! I put the pinkie extensions on all 3 mags. They don't add any rounds, just a place for my pinky!

26 is great. I have been putting grip extensions on my 26 magazines, but I realize now that I shoot the 26 just as well stock. Oh, and “Am-buh-dex-truss.” You are adding a syllable. Sorry, retired teacher.

I have a gen4 26 that was milled for a Holosun EPS by Battlewerx, and another gen5 26 that was just milled for an RMR by Battlewerx is currently in the mail for me. My NEED for an mos 26 is zero at the moment, but next year when my blue label allocation opens up for 2 Glocks, I will pick up a blue label 26 mos if they have one available. I don't mind the mos fullsize optic cuts since the Holosun scs seems to be an excellent choice for them, as I have one on my Glock 47. SPN was the reason I pulled my 26 out of the safe after about 6yrs. It made me realize how decent of a shooter it always was for me, and getting them optic cut was a piece of cake and has only made them better. I carry the 26 with x-grip sleeves on a glock19 magazine, with the SLR +5 extensions that I learned about from SPN Firearms, or with Milspin +5 extensions. Those SLR extensions on a 26 magazine really make the 26 an excellent CCW because it's a 15+1 gun in as small a package as possible.

I like the gen 5 Pearce extension that doesnt add any rounds. It's just enough to get a pinky on, and still doesn't print much. The model number is G526. They have an XL too but that printed a little more than I wanted. I have the OEM 12 rounders too, but the Pearce is a little more comfortable.

I got mine around the same time as SPN. I’m pretty sure we shoot at the same range, and that’s where I got mine. They only got a few in if I remember correctly. I added a holosun scs, tlr-6 light/laser, an apex trigger shoe, and talon pro grips to mine. My only gripe is I think they should have added a pic rail, the tlr6 hasn’t given me any problems yet I just like the tlr7/sub more. Subbed 👍

Wow I have an older Glock 26. I love the fact that they now have a GEN 5 MOS model. You give me hope for the New Year. I have been waiting for this gun to show up. The Glock 26 is a wonderful gun. I’m looking at buying two Glock 43 X MOS guns, one for my wife and one for me. I will definitely buy a new Glock 26 GEN 5 as well. Happy New Year. Thanks for this review.

What Glock needs to do is release Glocks with their Ameriglo suppressor height sights and MOS while keeping the price point the same to bring Glocks back to top of 2023 oh and include 3 mags..

I've had a couple MOS Glocks & they always had a metal cover over the optic cutout. The plastic must be new, I've seen Sig started doing that as well.

I bought an aftermarket MOS slide for my G43X and it came with a metal cover But I guess it saves money and Glock probably assumes that I will use a red dot This was the most money I have ever spent on a GLOCK Thanks for your comments

Got a Gen 5 G19 almost a year ago and the cover plate was plastic as well. My G48 MOS had a steel plate.

I've owned Glocks for 30 years and never owned the OG Glock 26 but now I'm definitely interested in the Glock 26 MOS if FFL can get one. Usually each FFL only gets 2 Lipseys exclusive Glocks.

When I fired the 26, the shockwave produced by firing the gun causes my finger to be pinched, between the bottom of the grip frame and the magazine base plate. They even have a name for it, it's called the "Glock pinch." I never knew about this until I experienced it. Apparently, this only happens to people with a very specific hand size. I'm one of the unlucky ones I guess. 😔

There are quite a few lights tailored to the G26, they just need to release 2.0 variant like the TLR-1 it's what I rock. It's flush with the gun looks amazing and works, it also has a laser if you like that sort of thing.

Did the shell casings shoot out the right way or did the casings fly out toward your face? I’m wondering if the ejection port is working properly with this particular model. Aside from that one issue, would you say the Glock 26 is a reliable gun compared to a M&P Shield plus?

If you watch @SPNFirearms then you know it's not worth waiting for the G26 MOS, because lots of companies he highlighted make slides to rock an optic. So again just bring your current G26 to 2023 lol.

Hmm, if you are going to have a 15+ round magazine on a G26, why not just carry a G19? A guns concealability depends only on the butt of the gun. There are much better options especially Magpul GL-12 gives you 2 extra rounds, a pinky shelf and still as concealable as the stock 10 round mags and just as reliable.

Use a 26 with a 15 rd or 17 rd mag and put one of those magazine grips on it and then you'll have a full grip.

That’s what I’ve been saying for years when they brought the G43x out. I would’ve accepted a G26 MOS with a picatinny rail for a light and left the grip length alone. How I see it now though, if I’ll carry a G26 MOS, with light, and with a 15rd Xgrip or G26X (G19 grip w G26 slide), I might as well just carry a G19 MOS. With all of that being said, I would still buy a G26X just because it’s Glock 😂.

This was Glock way of preying on the anxious. They will eventually release the 26 with a slide rail or one-slot pic. Sorry if you get got. Never be in a hurry to buy a Glock out of impulse. The Glock Co. Is genius when it comes to innovation.

I know it's a Glock and it's meant to be abused, but something about seeing someone repeatedly lock slide back and send it home without a round just urks me.. It's damaging your slide and barrel because there is no cushion for the pushing...

@jimmywatson468 @@PopsGunChannel You should sheck out Magpul GL-12 mags, it adds 2 rounds, gives some love to your pinky and don't lose the concealability of the stock 10 round mag. Also they are insanely reliable I have not had one fail in over almost 5 years.
