Great Video again! One or two Points...really need to Highlight the HUGE Money needed to live on Daniel Island, there is a reason Local and State Lawmakers live there, along with CEO's and Board members of thee Top 5 Companies in the WORLD. Property Taxes and Home Owner dues are Thru the Roof here. Ive worked on Daniel Island was one of thee first to bring AT@T phone lines to the Tennis Center back in the early 90's when it got so popular, Home Telecom couldnt handle the load, that is how we ended up on the island altogether. In the early 90s Residents there panicked when Mayor Reilly decided to put a Horseshoe shaped Affordable Housing Apartment Building right in the middle of the hussle and bussle. Things calmed down significantly when residents and the Mayor came to a agreement to put a Police sub station right in the Building. Cheers!
