I sometimes miss the old doctrinating style of educational television. This guy is fantastic. In Denmark we had a teacher of biology, Liberkind, that could explain details of the life cycle of medusae to kids in first grade or in kindergarten. Often with a flipover and a speedmarker.

Wow... A guy from 1957 just made me realize mathematicians all write using logographs... But in antiquity, we used to write out equations. i.e. instead of writing "1+2=3", people used to write out "one and two is three"
