This would've made a good full-length movie, but then I wonder if it would take away from this idea or plot. Whoever came up with it, is a genius... it has a feel like nothing I've ever seen. That was horror but without all the blood 'n guts. I wish they'd make more of these, without stepping into the "thriller' or "drama" genre. (Don't get it twisted, I love blood 'n guts, but this was a badazz version).

Besides Lonesome Town, he has one other project credited to his name titled "The Last Traveling Salesman on Earth". I'd share the links but I don't think I can post links on KZbin - not sure. It's not an injury or post-surgical thing bc the guy puts his arms around her & she doesn't flinch or wince from pain. Then her friend grabs her the same way being playful, then she whacks her in that area when she goes to leave the locker room...same...no flinch or wince from pain. In the shower she's pulling at her skin, which she sees as fat. I've pinched my fat & skin like that before, but not aggressively. The thing following her shows up when she's having these insecure feelings. I figure "thing guy" is a manifested representation of her body dysmorphia. My only confusion is if she actually pulled her guts/intestines out or was that a representation of her bulimia shutting her body down? Or something like that. I'm gonna find the actual short of Pigskin to see if the writer/creator has a pinned comment talking about the film, like many of the individual films often have.
