I loved every part…especially your Schismatoglottis which is a stunning indigenous plant to your region…their leaves looked like a patchwork….my favourite was the second one…loved the enveloping curtain like hanging plants, fragrant orchids, with octopus like sculptural roots, the depth of colour , sheen and scalloped edges of your plants when you sat together Stenolobum tree ferns lacy softness, and your Philodendron billietiaes….your Huperzia and it’s organic artful display on the root system. The love of plants certainly came through your genes and nurturing. Great to see the picture of your father with his orchids too.

Wow, inspirational. I live in New Zealand with a temperate climate and am currently building a 5x5 metre greenhouse. I hope to collect sub tropical plants and anything leafy with that tropical feel. Probably add in some water feature of sorts. Thanks for your channel Irene, you’re so inspiring!
