I love watching Katya's videos. They are so real and authentic. She cooks for her family, and we know she has a husband, a mom, a grandma and a grandpa! Maria's videos, on the other hand, seem to be so contrived. I was always wondering, if Maria lived alone in the mountains, why does she cook so much food that can probably feed more than a dozen people?!

For me, fire lighting skills in my apartment would be as useful as Doordash to Katya in Ukraine. Take time to visit this are if you have the means. Anywhere in EU and NATO is safe to travel and cheap.

I have the same can opener. It was my grandma's. She, like the can opener was born in the USSR. I never understood what the small hook on the back of it was for. Seeing Katya using it to pry open canned jars finally makes sense. The can opener has outlived the USSR so more power to it! Best wishes for Ukraine!
