I’m most impressed with the murals. The artist (or artists) have an amazing talent, creating the theming for each room.

These houses are “themed” by way of primarily wall murals. The painting is (for most part) well done. But so many opportunities are being missed by focusing on just painting walls. The small details like 3D slime & some raises rock parts are the right direction. But also so minimal they’re almost out of place. I’m extremely particular as a creative artist, and just find the missed potential frustrating.

Rob Iberg AGREED! It’s cool. Murals are nice, but I had a sculpture teacher that went crazy like this with his house. It was EVERY detail amazing. This is mostly murals and so so out of the box furnitute choices. Good start, but LOTS of opportunities.

I was thinking the same. The rooms look cool with the wall art but apart from the Indiana Jones room which is amazing, they are mostly wall art. I was disappointed with the Ghostbusters room; I think I was expecting more but then realised it was based on the shite version of Ghostbusters, so in that case the rooms suits the movie.

Yes it’s a big house and has lots of rooms. It’s really great and looks like fun to have a bowling lane and an arcade. However, it’s just lacking something. A couple of rooms were really well done but it seems like they just put minimal effort into this. It feels like just a ploy so they can say it’s this type of themed house and charge you way too much to stay there. It just feels like it needs to be more immersive in the rooms including getting the furniture involved. Like the Harry Potter house they really need to have some interactive features in each room. For the price that these guys are charging per night there’s really no excuse not to do this better. You should be able to walk in the room and not even realize you’re in the house. You should feel like you are in that movie. The Hobbit room should’ve actually had the round wooden door inside. In fact the Hobbit room looks more like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The room beside The Hobbit, Jurassic Park, basically looks like the same room. Bring in some sound effects of dinosaurs and actually have dinosaurs eyes light up. It needs some three-dimensional aspects not just in that room but in them all. I have seen parents do kids bedrooms themed better to a movie then this house. Yes the artist did a great job but it needs more than just something painted on the wall.

Marr In Memphis I don’t think so. They have several different themed houses around the area. I believe there is even one or two larger than this one. It is a group of investors who have plenty of capital that came together and have made all these themed rental houses around the area. This is just one of them that they did.

This is one of the best houses you showed so far. The Back to the future room was nice but a bit underwhelming. Our favourite were The Titanic, Indiana Jones, ET, Jumanji., Jaws, Arcade room, main floor. I can list the whole house. It is hard to pick because the whole house is amazing, including the hallway. I would be afraid to rent it because some people might damage it.We like when you show those houses but we love all your videos. Great job Nate.
