Hi Julie well this show was so good. I was told by my chaplain to write a letter after my girlfriend passed and I just put the pen to paper and wrote. I believe it helped. Also I have gut issues and I'm on a self healing journey. Sound baths etc .. Much love ❤

Oh, I never go to Doctors, can't afford it, besides they never heal anything. I heard it from a menopause expert lady on you tube that hormone therapy after 10 years of menopause will most likely cause cancer. @@askjulieryan
