That's what I thought. I have never seen hot dogs in a jar. They are always vacuum packed in a plastic container or you might buy them the old fashioned way in the meat or deli section. These jarred hot dogs look like fauxmerican products that are heavily marketed to non-Americans. Who else looked at the shelves behind Joel and thought, " Everything on that shelf is from the U.S. and the shelf you guys are reviewing has NOTHING from the states"? Lololol. Those marshmallows are not the brand we have here and yes, definitely Graham Crackers and a square of Hershey's chocolate is the original recipe. We have orange chocolates in the US. They're usually around the holidays though. The Nerds and related candies are from the former Willy Wonka brand which was a Nestlé (Swiss) brand and then sold again to Ferrara candy. Oh my goodness I laughed when Joel picked up the can of pumpkin and Lia asked, "What do you do with it?" You make pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin latte, pumpkin soup, etc. etc. During the fall season, pumpkin is a very popular grocery item. Watching this video I was reminded of my time living in England and seeing signs for "Real American Beefburgers." Always made me smile since we don't have "beefburgers" -- we have hamburgers (so named because the meat was cooked by German emigrants who cooked meat the "Hamburg" way). I'm a 62-year-old American. I've never seen giant marshmallows though they may exist in the U.S. I've never seen hotdogs sold in a glass jar. Root beer is not beer... it's a soft drink that some Brits say is similar to Dandelion and Burdock. I don't agree but I'm not British! I encourage you to do a taste test with several different brands of American root beer (I like A&W) vs Dandelion and Burdock....

It's neither a fact that Hershey's chocolate smells/tastes like vomit nor does Hershey's chocolate alone contain the blamed acid. The acid the Daily Mail claimed was to blame is naturally occurring in ALL MILK. So, it's in British Dairy Milk Chocolate as well. Spam hit the market in 1937. It was widely exported. In WWII. Hawaii residents were predisposed to like it when it showed up. My Grandfather refused to serve it as he ate too much of it in the War. He would raise & butcher one cow a year, keeping the family in beef. Pork was rarely served for breakfast only. Grandpa had a heart attack in 1957, so long cal was a way of life with them early on. They should just call it the Junk Food section. I've never seen a package of giant marshmallows like that in the US. But, all of the rest is very common. People overseas always get confused when they see root beer. Like sarsaparilla, it is one of the oldest carbonated soft drinks in the world. Root beer is a sweet North American soft drink traditionally made using the root bark of the sassafras tree Sassafras albidum or the vine of Smilax ornata (known as sarsaparilla, also used to make the soft drink, sarsaparilla) as the primary flavor. Root beer is typically but not exclusively non-alcoholic, caffeine-free, sweet, and carbonated. Like beer, it usually has a thick and foamy head. A well-known use is to add vanilla ice cream to make a root beer float.

Several varieties of Kellogg's cereal, as well as Old El Paso kits for Mexican food (I guess somewhat Americanized). Graham crackers are different from digestive biscuits. Smores really are made with graham crackers and pieces of chocolate, but that variation on the package would probably be great, too. Those Terry's brand oranges used to be sold here at Christmas time and Easter (my fave) but I think it's a different company's name I see lately making something very similar. Virgil's is a premium brand, but most big supermarkets will have them. I rarely drink soda anymore, but Virgils is quite good.

Root beer floats gets my vote as well. Do those the way you did the PBJ a while back, it will be hilarious 😂

Reese's pb cups are my fave, followed closely by Almond Joy (both made by Hershey coincidentally). I kept looking at the stuff in the background and wanting to yell "Turn around, Joel! It's all behind you!" 😅
