Millar is hilarious. Notice how the video of the ball up in the tarp in Hard Rock Stadium was hit during a Rockies - Marlins game and the highlight of his homerun was during a Marlins - Phillies game. Sneaky sneaky.

Great comp by Smoltz. He really did have similar mechanics to Wheeler, and Wheeler *did* manage to come back from his injury and have a terrific season in 2018.
@krolik11572 жыл бұрын
Hilariously enough, Millar's comp was freakishly accurate. Millar for his career: 170 HR, .274/.358/.452 slash line Cespedes: 165 HR, .273/.327/.497 slash line Also, THEY'RE BOTH PIMPS.

I wonder how many people noticed Millar didn't actually hit one there at Sun Life stadium, they switched it when Galarraga hit his grand slam. Notice it switched to COL vs MIA and not PHI vs MIA, I am also confused as to why he mentioned Cliff Lee.... because that wasn't Cliff Lee.

I remember being at a Dodger game against the Marlins early on in Millar's career. He had 3 women at the game cheering as loud as possible from right next to the dugout every time he'd come up to bat. Very nice ladies and seemed to be a fun bunch when we talked after the game, turned out it was his wife, mom, and sister.
