I love videos like this. I’m at 15 months SR. I practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama daily. Once you begin on this path you can never turn back. Nothing in the world satisfies you the same. Pleasures seem cheap and temporary and leave you feeling hollow. There’s nothing like the bliss of the soul it’s pure ecstasy:)

do you also do semen retention? and what kinda meditation do u do?
@Adam.07779 ай бұрын
@@mushin19Yes that’s what the “SR” stands for in my comment. For meditation with eyes closed I focus only on the third eye and let my thoughts gradually disappear. I then try to stay in the space of pure awareness no thoughts. That’s where the magic happens.

Okay for instance I've been on a streak just a couple hours ago before I relepsed it was a 1 day and 8 hour streak but I relapsed a couple hours ago, I wasn't like. Disappointed and feel guilty , ofc I do if you know what I mean, but I didn't let it get to my head and feel down, like right now I'm cooling, I told my self it's time to be serious again, I feel happy right now, I made all my decisions and I dealt with the outcome, anyways....since I relapsed, did I lose all my Energy? I only jacked off twice, one without porn, and one with, did I close my third eye? Will I no longer be able to manifest? Of course I'm not at my peak but did I lose everything in my Semen? Or do I still have Energy left and it's all in my head.

I love the description of the mind and how it can be a detrimental master unless established and rooted in our being leading to true union or Yoga . But the words at the very end used to describe the contrast between the mind of an ordinary person as opposed to that of the clarity of a Yogi , where the former inadvertently superimposes the snake on the rope, "remaining enslaved in ignorance forever " sounds as though there are certain states of mind and so then certain individuals doomed to that ignorance forever ? Is there then no true liberation for the human condition? Or is it only the individual and not the masses who will eventually attain Yoga

Nowhere in the Bible does it say the Earth is 6000 years old. When God was creating Earth it wasn't until "Day 3" that the Sun and Moon were made. You need the sun to determine whether or not a day passes. Thus each day before that could have been millions of years worth of time. I'm from the school of thought where there are no 'true' contradictions and that everything has a solution, it just has to be thought through. Everything exists and simultaneously it doesn't. God alone is true and we are in Him.

The advantage of be here now as Ram Dass put it is that is the only place you can see what is. When in thought your attention is captured by thought by some measure which leaves you less present to see what is in real time or the moment, dealers choice. Either way if you can discern yourself from your thought and emotion you already know whayIm talking about.

Using the term "no mind" is inappropriate, because actual no mind happens in either deep sleep or death. A more appropriate term here would be "still mind" with no thoughts.
@sidhantsharma99619 ай бұрын
Well, a state of no mind also happens in Samadhi.
@soumyasar319 ай бұрын
@@sidhantsharma9961 if you go by the definition of samadhi as given by patanjali, in samadhi the mind of observer becomes one with the observed. This never says there's no mind, in reality there's nothing as no mind, no mind is void, non existing.
@sidhantsharma99619 ай бұрын
@@soumyasar31 The mind is only there when there is an observer and an observed. When it’s dual. In Samadhi, it’s one, non-dual. Can you point to a mind when you’re in Samadhi? In Samadhi there just is. In Samadhi, the self is self luminated, there’s awareness and it’s aware. And that’s not the mind, as there’s no observed, or an object. Deep sleep is more like an unconscious state of no-mind. I would say, rely more on your experience than texts.
@soumyasar319 ай бұрын
@@sidhantsharma9961 I'm going by text because there are multiple kinds of samadhis, when you say there's no object only self, you're referring to nirvikalpa samadhi. But what about savikalpa samadhi, where your object is not the atman? Mind has to be there to perceive it, a single pointed mind, but definitely not no mind. In my experience if you exist and you are aware about it, its because you have a functioning mind. You cannot exist if your mind cease to exist, example death.
@sidhantsharma99619 ай бұрын
@@soumyasar31 Yup, you’re right. I’m referring to Nirvikalpa Samadhi going by your definition of Samadhi. “The mind of the observer becomes one with the observed”. If the observer and the observed become one, what is there to perceive? It’s non-dual. If there is perception, then it’s dual, there is a perceiver and an object of perception, but that cannot be the case in your definition of Samadhi. Again, don’t go into semantics and instead move toward realizing your mind’s knowledge. The spiritual ego is sly, perceive it and move forward.

Then he speaks of insanity afterwards… do we look at the world around us, all the contradictory information and say it’s 6,00 years old? 8n my experience only those in the “wrong type of church” (cult, charlatan, etc.) believe the world is 6,000 years old.
