I think Caedmon Hymn is the only one poem written by Caedmon. Poems in Junius Manuscript or caedmon manuscript pertained to caedmon but it is not on certainty

I do not understand question 20. Since the poet of Beowulf is anonymous and also the Dream of the Rood is wrongly ascribed to Caedmon.

Sir the first question in which u have answered Beowulf but according to book : a history of eng Literature by William J. Long... Widsith is the earliest poem in eng Literature even acccording to Edward Albert Widsith is the earliest poem! 🤔 Sir, in question. 20 u hv mentioned wrong options... Like Christ n Beowulf both are not written by Caedmon! 🤔

Sir, The British Library which keeps official record of all british english literature claims Beowulf as the oldest poem. About Christ and Beowulf, yes both are not written by Caedmon... But this issue was already discussed in previous comments

Sir Alfred the Great was the king of wessex in 871 & he was died in 901 . What is write please comment . I thing 871 is right.

He became king of Wessex in 871 after his father's death, he remained King of Wessex in 886 while he continued to defeat Vikings and became the king of Anglo Saxons and whole of Britain, the very first King of whole England, but that doesnt mean he didn't remain the king of Wessex, he was the King of Wessex in 901 too, when he died, he was the king of Whole England.
