Honestly I have never blamed Rock for being mad. He carried his team through the entire season and got out through so many bullshit punishments because the rest of his team could never get their acts together.

His teammate sucks. -Eddie has a small voice and because he has a small body due to his kidney disease, he is so hard to adapt in the kitchen. -Aaron was too oversensitive of everything and had weight problem. Also, R.I.P Aaron. -Vinny is arrogant and he mostly likes to laugh and smirk whenever someone makes a mistake however he's very useless. Even in opening night service, Gordon tasked him to clean the plates because of his uselessness. -Josh is just bad and he's never get a good service. Don't forget he's the only Black Jacket who got kicked out mid service. How embarrasing! -Brad is decent and Rock is mostly intimidate by him but he's so incosistent and has bad leadership. Because of Rock wants to eliminate him so bad, he forgot Josh's incompetency. And then they got Melissa who is a strong competitor at first only for her to slip in the middle and even has messy hair. As much as Melissa can get along with Blue Team pretty well but her performance on her last appearance is awful.

Just like Meghan, she’s arguably the goat of HK but her team only won like 3 challenges or something. Only difference with her was her team was also very strong and it’s genuinely baffling how they lost so much even though the men’s team in their own right were good too.

@@skorpion3993 The casts on Season 14 are very strong (Except for the early boots like Crissa, Michael, Monique) and they are strong in their own ways. Even Michelle who was the youngest of that season can catch up to Meghan and T to final 3 with her works and efforts. Josh is actually not bad but he gets declining in the middle as he got nominated 4 times in a row (Technically he nominated 5 times but he didn't participate at Cook For Your Life Challenge)

I wouldn't call that the angriest. I would say Koop's in Season 16. As a result of his tantrum and Paulie being a rat at the elimination, Koop was sent home. However, this is a bit much. Because of how Rock helped his teammate, the late Aaron get dressed, made me wonder if this tantrum was scripted. Either way, this is juvenile behavior.

Rock was actually very calm throughout the season. The only other time that he really got truly mad at all was at Jen during the final four service but he didn't really yell or anything then. I understood why he was angry here. He and Brad put up very imaginative and creative dishes but the girls won with simple dishes. Ramsay seems to want chefs to be creative but penalizes them when they are too outside the box, even if it's good.

No. This was Rocks only real "tantrum" and it was well warrented on his part anyways. It was deep into season 3 and Rock was literally carrying the blue team on his back. However they blue team had a horrible win/loss record for challanges and eventually it took its toll on Rock after this specific challenge where it seemded the red team were slightly favored by Chef Ramsay. Rock was rewarded for his stellar performance by winning season 3, rightfully so
