Fact: In Belgium, the word "education" means the same thing as "manners." Jean-Phillipe is calling music doctorate guy ill-mannered, not uneducated. Turns out both definitions are spot on. I'm also fairly sure that fight was at least loosely scripted.

The arrogance on some of these yuppies, seeing the hectic kitchen, seeing Ramsay delegate and the line-cooks scramble. Having the Maitre'd hotel remain exquisitely polite unless they themselves instigate it. and then they STILL feel they have the right to complain. Jean-Philippe deserves an award for his composure and professionalism in the face of Doctor Music.
