I would always internalized stress and anger. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease a form of IBD. I learned that I had to let go of all the hurt, pain, and grief. God says we must forgive. I have been delivered from this pain, anger, resentment, grief. This blessed my soul today. Thank you

When I surrendered to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When I realized I was His child the first thing I asked was for Him to take anger and bitterness from me. It felt like a nasty, mold covered,infested rock was lifted off my chest. Anger in a women is the most unattractive nasty thing. If she's beautiful outwardly it will make her ugly and hideous. I could hold a mean grudge for days, weeks. That moment I felt free. This word is so needed. Anger is dangerous, poison and confusion.

For anyone willing to ask God and surrender to Him, I was delivered from an angry spirit years ago. I would get so angry i would see red when that grotesque spirit would rise up on me. One night I was asleep and in a dream, my phone rang and I picked it up. It was my grandmother on the other end and she said to me, “Get up! It’s coming” so while in the dream, I did as she said but I woke up and looked towards a doorway in my kitchen. To my surprise, I vividly saw a dark, hunched back, clawed fleshy demonic and horrendous looking creature staring at me with the most angry eyes--I Called upon Jesus as it leaped at me and it was gone before I knew it! I KNOW I was delivered that night from that spirit! 16 yrs later, I no longer become angry as I used to. There’s a difference in becoming mad and letting it go vs angry and harboring hatered, ready to kill anything insight! God can deliver anyone who believes. Ask Him to help your unbelief also. But get delivered from that! Repent and forgive so you can testify to His saving power also❤❤❤
