The very best Shearers and the very best Chiropractor, who could ask for more. I love what you do and I have gained so much knowledge from both channels. You do so much for your 4 legged clients and I thank you for the care and relief you give them. Always take care of yourselves though, without you the animals would have 3 less wonderful people to advocate for them ♥️

Dr Willen, being a Shearers job is a tough one. My grandparents lived in the village and people there would have animals, like chickens, roosters, cows, goats and sheep. From sheep’s wool they’d make mattresses, of course the wool had to go through the process of hand washing, drying in the sun then fluffing each one of them by hand to stuff in the handmade mattresses. Katie put her life in danger by doing her job and she keeps going 💪 and with experience she knows how to handle what’s coming their way. The same as you Dr Doug, sometimes animals could bite you when you adjust and with experience you know how to handle what’s coming your way 👏. Thank you 🙏 for getting into details on Shearers and letting people see that they go through so much to do their job. Have a nice day doc

What a great discussion between you two ! Looking forward to your face to face visit. Thanks for sharing your experiences and how you had to come up with your own techniques, Katie. Really interesting. On my way to your channel to subscribe ! Also, wool pellets, excellent and better than that white element that is used for some potting soils that I understand isn't so good for the environment .

Terrific! My absolute two favorite animal KZbinrs together for a nice, long visit. Good job, Dr. Doug, getting Katie on. I've been a fan of both of you for a long time and was delighted that I could get a big dollop of both of you at the same time. Do more! And an addition to consider: my dog's vet is an animal acupuncturist. Not as much action in what she does, but the approach and results are similar.

Wow what a great podcast. I have watched some of Katie's videos before. Katie you would be a great teacher. You have so much knowledge about what you do. Once 2 of my daughters when they were young wanted to show sheep. This is where you go to the fair and walk around and people watch you. Well before the event you have to wash the sheep. Thank goodness no steering was needed cause I would be injured. Of course my daughters didn't want to do the task of cleaning the feces off the back of their legs so I had to do it. Long story short I was using an instrument to scrub their legs and I went sailing through the air from the sheep kicking me. We didn't show sheep again lol. I have watched some of Katie's videos on KZbin. You do fabulous work. Thanks Dr Doug and Katie for sharing this great story. Katie you need to go to the feed store and get some Fishmox. It's is the same thing we humans take which is Amoxicillin. It's an antibiotic. Just a little advice from an old nurse lol.
