@@thehunterator520 Or.... how about this? The first episode of the reboot should start as a live action framing device with Rob meeting Tress and Jess to watch it on a theatre. Then the episode proper begins with just the Animaniacs logo, then an opening scroll about what happened after the original show got cancelled followed by a 22-minute story about how the Warners finally escaped only to find the Warner Bros. studio lot turning out to be what they expected and learned that change is a part of life and should be embraced. Maybe they might say... *Yakko:* Uh, sibs? I have a feeling we're not in the 90's anymore. *Wakko:* WHAT? *Dot:* YES! Back in business! I also predict the reboot's updated theme song should debut in the new second episode, with Yakko's World as the first segment intact, but updated as of this year.

Something occurred to me while watching (and thoroughly enjoying) this episode. Many people have pointed out that voice actors stand out in the entertainment world for being kind, humble, generous, warm, funny, a little nuts, and generally people you "would choose to spend time with" as Rob says. Watching these three it's no mystery how it came to be that way. Being part of the early stages of the current voiceover boom, and being so phenomenally talented, they have been influential role models for those that have followed and have set the tone for how voice actors are expected/assumed to be. Thanks to all three of you for making this such an enjoyable industry to be part of.

I didn't grow up watching Animaniacs (just a little too old) but this really makes me want to see what I missed! It's obvious that these five people really enjoy each other (we already know about Chuck and Jess but this was so great). Like a few other commenters I would like to binge the whole thing rather than just getting it in weekly installments, but I'll take what you guys give us. Thanks to Rob, Jess, and Tress for giving Stacey and Chuck this interview and letting us all in on the friendships. Fantastic watch!

Yeah. I was an 80's kid. So, I grew up on stuff like Fraggle Rock and the Get Along Gang. I did see some tiny bits and pieces of Animaniacs and Tiny Toons since my little brother was really into Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the tv would stay on that channel once his friends went outside to play. I would see little snippets of both shows when I would come out of my room for a snack when listening to my stereo. The stereo was king in those days. Now, it's split between DVD's, internet, etc.

jaggin 75 I don’t think he was toxic so much as just a hopeless idiot who listened to the wrong advice on how to get girls. Back then that kind of thing was totally understood and considered funny, but today that topic is SOOOOOO sensitive, and it would be seen as making light of sexual harassment and having a predator as a protagonist. I think it can potentially have an important message relevant to modern issues, which is reminding people that not every guy that tries to hit on a woman is a predator but rather just someone who doesn’t know how to talk to girls, but I don’t think people are quite ready to see that side of things yet. Right now it’s very much about “teach your sons” and “no excuse”, and nobody wants to hear about socially awkward people who fall victim to bad influences, or that being hit on by a guy you don’t want doesn’t make him a fucking predator (provided it’s not stalking, repetitive, or abuse of power). Personally, I would love to see an episode where somehow Johnny is turned into a woman and hits on men, but he receives the exact same kind of responses from the men that he normally gets from the women. Then people can decide for themselves if it’s still funny when a man slaps a woman or says something rude to her just for offering herself to him in an overly-bold fashion. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But like I said.. probably not gunna happen.

I've already thought of a crossover fanfic with the Tiny Toons cast involving a scavenger hunt taking place in a sausage factory, a farm, and Castello Di Amorosa splitting up the males and females.
